Senior Insurance Product Analyst - Homeowners (Hybrid)

Overview The Senior Product Analyst will lead the development and management of Homeowners insurance products, focusing on contract language, underwriting guidelines, systems, automation, and pricing analytics to drive profitability and customer experience. Responsibilities Identify potential insurance markets and create strategic plans for market entry. Manage the insurance product development lifecycle and improve products to increase profitability, growth, and customer experience. Generate insights and cost‑benefit analysis using performance metrics, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Monitor post‑implementation performance, including customer and agent satisfaction and financial benefits realization. Serve as project lead for the implementation of new products and services. Analyze product line performance, evaluate profit factors, and provide product strategy recommendations to drive profit, growth, retention, and book of business. Develop and maintain relationships with other lines to identify product gaps and opportunities. Research and develop concepts for complex new or enhanced products and/or services. Work with partners in pricing/actuarial, claims, etc., to ensure product compliance and financial viability. Prepare contract language, develop initial underwriting guidelines and standards, and oversee new predictive analytics including pricing models. Act as subject‑matter expert in contract language and underwriting guidelines, ensuring product compliance. Produce competitive research and analysis for personal‑lines products, evaluate competitive position, and provide recommendations to leadership. Monitor rate changes, rating enhancements, and program changes by competitors, analyzing impact on competitive position. Qualifications Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support, or service. Experience performing complex financial, actuarial, or business analysis. Solid knowledge of customer, business industry, insurance, underwriting guidelines, and risk concepts in the area of expertise. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to review complex products or lines of business. Independent decision‑making experience. Experience in project management methodologies, practices, techniques, and tools. Travel Up to 10%. Compensation Salary range: $88,000.00 – $145,000.00 (salary). Compensation may vary by job level and geographic location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Location & Hybrid Work Minimum of 10 days per month on site. Preferred locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110, with other locations acceptable within 35–50mi radius (Denver, CO 80112; Hopkins, MN; Keene, NH 03431; St.Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034).
