Additional Shift Differentials: Evening - $0.75, Overnight - $0.70
Weekend Bonus - Additional $0.35

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering necessary information from new Residents during admission
- Documenting health information of Residents, including vital signs and temperature
- Administering medications and injections as required
- Providing treatment and dressing for wounds and bedsores
- Potentially supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
- Monitoring Residents’ food and fluid intake and output
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Current LPN license in New York State
- In good standing with the State Registry
