Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Flexible full‑time schedules (9:30 am–6 pm, weekends until 5 pm) Full‑time benefits available after 20+ hours: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, sick time, flex spending, company‑paid life & accidental death insurance, vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties or other work‑related tasks Performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers Base pay $17.00 per hour Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside the facility Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including sale of packing and moving supplies Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits Assist customers with payments; make reminder and collection calls as required Physical Requirements Transport and move items up to 35 lb Walk throughout facilities, spending up to 50% time outdoors, including stairs and large doors Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweep/mop interiors, maintain exterior grounds, keep curb appeal clean and free of debris Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centric sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies) Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations or work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available) Additional Information Public Storage was recognized as a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute.
