About the Company: Large U.S. real estate owner/operator with a long-term hold strategy, strong investor backing, and a track record of stable organic growth through market cycles. Selective acquirer (not "growth for growth's sake") with high-quality assets. About the Position: Provide analytical, reporting, and budgeting support to Asset Management and Operations. Own/drive recurring forecasting and budget processes, analyze asset performance and variances, build tools/procedures around data compilation/analytics, and prepare succinct reporting for senior leadership. High stakeholder interaction with RM teams and corporate partners.
