Michigan Paving and Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a field crew member to support asphalt placement on highways, parking lots, and driveways. You will work with hand tools, rake and shovel, and collaborate with the crew to meet project specifications. This role requires outdoor work in extreme weather, strict adherence to safety rules and PPE, and the ability to maintain density standards.
