ServiceNow SME/IT Project Manager

Phoenix, ArizonaOnsiteFull Time$90k - $115kA large enterprise organization is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager for a full-time role based in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite with some flexibility). This role will support a growing ServiceNow platform initiative, helping standardize project tracking, governance, and reporting across the organization within a structured SDLC environment. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll build the foundation for how projects are managed and tracked across teams. You’ll work closely with delivery leadership to implement ServiceNow best practices, improve transparency, and drive adoption across PMs and BAs. They’re looking for someone who can bring structure to an unstandardized environment, influence teams, and create scalable processes that leadership can rely on.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of IT Project or Program Management Experience Strong experience with ServiceNow (PPM or project tracking) Experience leading software delivery projects in Agile environments Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile preferred) Experience managing cross-functional teams Proven ability to build project plans, track progress, and report to leadership Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience building or improving project governance frameworks Prior experience driving tool adoption or process change across teams PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Experience working in large enterprise environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills The Offer You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
