Operations Manager:

This is a great opportunity for a former experienced tree worker or tree service owner to continue to progress their career in arboriculture! This role will have responsibility to improve profitability by ensuring the operation runs efficiently, smoothly and safely.

• Expected compensation range (salary): $60,000-$80,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Provide field supervision of crews and coordinate crew training development plans
• Assist with recruiting and coaching members of the operations team.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Resolve operational challenges on a daily basis
• Coordinate equipment and vehicle repairs
• Coordinate client repairs as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all regulations as they pertain to personnel, vehicles, and equipment
• Resolve customer issues in accordance with company standards for response time and action
• Utilize sales process tools, software, and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer and operation. 
• Other responsibilities as determined by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience or 5 years of related industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• CTSP or ISA Certified Arborist certifications (or willingness to obtain) highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
