Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis and Birmingham. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold high standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities include supervision of team performance, financial management, budgeting, inventory control, and coordinating staffing operations, including recruitment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in P&L Management and Budgeting to oversee financial performance and ensure profitability
• Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Service experiences
• Experience in Hiring, recruiting, and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling best practices
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
