Spavia Central Park in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking full-time and part-time Master Waxers / Licensed Estheticians at all levels of experience to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Fredericksburg, VA.
Spavia provides a family culture with respect, compassion, and work/life balance where both our guests and team can relax, recenter, and renew.
Our Wax Specialists earn competitive wages per service with gratuity, retail commission, and bonus opportunities. Our estheticians can earn between $30,000-$50,000 annually, based on performance, clientele, and service mix.
Spavia offers a full variety of esthetic services with a strong focus on results-driven waxing and skincare. Our wax specialists perform face and full-body waxing services, including brows, Brazilian, and specialty waxing, while also having the opportunity to grow into advanced skincare services and enhancements.
We provide in-house training to elevate your technique, speed, guest experience, and confidence.

- Active Virginia Esthetician or Master Esthetician License

- Retail confidence and ability to educate guests on aftercare
- Must be drug/alcohol-free
