Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment interventions to promote optimal mental health outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with our patients’ cultural diversities and individual circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment records, reports, and clinical information using modern digital tools, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at addressing specific patient goals and facilitating significant therapeutic progress.

• Play an active role in a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and coordinating referrals to guarantee comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting your expertise and experience.
