Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ARRT (VI) or ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS or BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• Skills Assessment VIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of Beth Israel Lahey in the past 6 months.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Explicit Scrub and Circulator experience. Knowledge of GE and Siemens equipment.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
• Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
