What You’ll Be Doing Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consulting with physicians concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the resident. Helping team members grow their careers. Examining residents, records and charts to distinguish normal and abnormal findings and recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems. Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. Qualifications Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
