Gladstone Mitsubishi is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customersbuilding relationships, responding to inquiries, and supporting the Sales team by creating quality appointment opportunities. Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 8:30a-4:30p

Compensation: $16.30/hr + Commission

What You Will Do:

• Build long-term relationships with guests through consistent communication.
• Assist the Sales department with incoming vehicle inquiries.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for new and used vehicle leads.
• Follow up on internet leads and owner loyalty databases.
• Gather, track, and update guest information accurately.
• Maintain detailed notes and timely updates within the CRM.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year recent experience as a BDC Representative or related position preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Proficient finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, effective scheduling.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
