Environmental Permitting & NEPA Specialist
Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals
Plains is seeking an entry-level Environmental Permitting Assistant to support permitting for pipeline and facilities projects in the Southwest Division, primarily in Texas and New Mexico. This role assists senior staff with consultant coordination, regulatory compliance tracking, and document management. Location can be Houston or Midland; your work will involve NEPA, BLM, SLO compliance, and coordinating with external consultants while maintaining organized files and supporting invoicing and #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals
