Job Details Location: The Cave - Osage Beach, MO 65065 General Summary of Duties Bussers work in our fast-paced restaurant environment and must keep up with operations during our busiest times. The bussers will be responsible for immediately removing used tableware between courses, clearing and resetting tables after guests leave. Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile and friendly greeting. Clear tables after guests, wipe tables or seats with dampened sanitizer cloth. Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, and around tables between guests. Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course. Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove trash. Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service. Fill beverage or ice dispensers. Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed. Collaborate with servers to ensure that tables are cleared, cleared and waiting for the next party. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer feedback. Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the efficient operation of the restaurant. Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards. Work under the direct supervision of the assigned floor manager/lead server during assigned shift. Qualifications The job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the position.
