Onboarding Specialist

Job description: We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the team at American Process Management (APM), an Argano company as a long-term member of our team. APM uses our proprietary process to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost. The Lead Onboarding Specialist will facilitate contractor mobilization on projects across the southeast United States utilizing systems co-developed by APM. This will be a hybrid position and will not require travel. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate the selection of leased workers between hiring managers and staffing agencies. Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, workforce coordination, human resources, staffing, or a related field is required.
