The role focuses heavily on safety, accuracy, and productivity while supporting shipping, receiving, and production operations.

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain required certification.

Experience Requirements Previous stand-up forklift or warehouse equipment operation experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift in warehouse, trailer, and production environments. Basic math and reading skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials accurately and efficiently. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is beneficial. Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet productivity expectations. Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety procedures is preferred.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing approximately 2550 pounds. Ability to safely maneuver equipment in tight warehouse, production, and trailer spaces. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments and non-climate-controlled conditions when required. Ability to maintain awareness of pedestrians, machinery, materials, and surrounding work areas.
