Overview The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for efficiently and accurately keyboarding information into the company's computer system(s). Responsibilities Open & sort mail Sort & upload vehicle record documents Record Repair & Maintenance vehicle records Prepare vehicle registration monthly report Mainly office environment with a possibility of driving company owned vehicles to pick up or drop off as needed. Other fleet duties as needed Skills / Other Excellent keyboarding skills exhibiting speed and accuracy (minimum typing speed 65 wpm). Able to take direction well Able to work independently. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written Confidentiality. Experience 1 Year of work experience involving computer entry or typing Education/ Training High school graduate, required. Computer proficient with MS Office Suite Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases is a plus. Valid drivers license and clean MVR required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Motive Holding Companies LLC
