Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Opportunity
Women's Health Group, a highly respected and privately owned practice serving the Phoenix area for over 40 years, is seeking full-time Obstetrics/Gynecology Physicians to join our team. Whether you are an experienced OB/GYN or a current resident preparing for your first role, this is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered environment. Candidates must live in—or be willing to relocate to—the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including prenatal, gynecologic, and preventive services
- Perform in-office procedures and hospital-based deliveries
- Utilize minimally invasive and robotic surgical technologies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in a rotating home call schedule
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Engage in a positive practice culture and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for Arizona medical license
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality women's health
