Skilled Nursing Facility.
Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for flexibility and a supportive work environment? We are seeking a motivated OTR to join a collaborative team providing high-quality patient care in post-acute and rehabilitation settings.
This opportunity offers full-time or part-time allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you.
Multiple facilities are available, and we can work with you to identify the location and schedule that best fits your goals.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence with daily activities
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and recovery
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in California
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- SNF, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred
