Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 25-30 individuals
  

• Conduct evaluations and provide treatment plans for a variety of chronic pain conditions
  

• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventional procedures
  

• Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care
  

• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical staff

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
