Group Therapy Leader — Part-Time, Recovery & Addiction Focus

Job Description Job Description Company Overview: We are a leading mental health treatment center in Pasadena, committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with mental health issues. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Job Description: As a mental health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health issues. Employment Type: Part-time Schedule: Wednesdays 12pm-130pm and Fridays 12pm-130pm Pay Range: $110-150 per 90 min group (including notes) Responsibilities: Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients with addiction and mental health challenges. Lead group therapy sessions to address various aspects of addiction and recovery. Collaborate with the treatment team to create and implement personalized treatment plans. Utilize the KIPU system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. (Training available). Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and work towards recovery. Offer evidence-based interventions to promote personal growth and lasting recovery. Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Specific experience in mental health treatment and a deep understanding of substance abuse issues. Familiarity and proficiency with the KIPU system. Population: The therapist will primarily work with clients between the ages of 25 and 45 who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
