Make an immediate impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade, working onsite near the beautiful Niagara Falls, NY area. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Commitment to providing evidence-based therapy for a K–12 population
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students across K–12 grade levels, tailored to individual IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Implement direct therapy and interventions, both individual and group, in accordance with student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student care
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reports
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and compliance
