About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Pharmacist in Gainesville, Florida, 32601!

Must have : (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH )

•  Current Florida Pharmacist License
• Sterile compounding experience

 

List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):   

• Renal Dosing, IV to PO conversion, electrolyte management
• Vancomycin/Aminoglycoside dosing
• TPN dosing (Clinimix)
• Antimicrobial de-escalation
• Medication counseling as requested
• Medication verification

Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)

• Can work independently
• Ability to effectively communicate with medical and nursing staff
• Ability to oversee technician(s) and while performing duties
