We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with a strong background in carpentry to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, stay efficient, and take pride in producing high-quality work with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately
Use carpentry skills to assist with fabrication, assembly, or finishing as needed
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and identify any possible errors
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
Work independently while meeting production deadlines
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC machines
Carpentry or woodworking experience required
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Reliable, safety-minded, and punctual
