HRIS Lead & Compliance Specialist (Visa, Benefits, Payroll)

Public is seeking an HRIS lead to manage and optimize our HR systems (ADP and HiBob) and guide future migrations. You will ensure compliance with wage, hour, and employment laws and oversee key employee compliance activities, including background checks and I‑9/E‑Verify.
