We are currently looking for a Mobile Clinic Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Southern California! Our Doc Van Mobile Clinic currently stops in the following cities: Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Woodland Hills. We are looking for someone who lives near the current stops, The Valley, or Ventura County.

We are looking for someone who can work a five day work week at the following schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30PM.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, loves providing outstanding customer service, is tech savvy, and most importantly, loves babies! Several of our successful Baby Imaging Specialists have come from childcare environments (i.e., daycare, nanny, etc.), educational backgrounds (i.e., teacher, preschool, etc.), and high-end retail settings.

We will train you on the things unique to Cranial Technologies if you bring your problem-solving skills and "can do" attitude.

How you make an impact:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients

• Experience in one of the following; caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, medical imaging

In addition to treating infants, you'll be part of a team responsible for caring for the DOC Van Mobile Clinic!

• Perform basic daily mobile clinic/RV operational tasks, including safety checks and monitoring supplies
• Pick up materials and DOC Band® products from FedEx locations as needed
• Collaborate with DOC Van team members to ensure high quality patient care to all families treated at the mobile clinic.
• Reposition the mobile clinic to optimal space in the parking lot.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able move at a fast pace

• Position starts at $21.50 - $22.00 an hour with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months as part of a levels program that is based on performance and tenure!
