Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise will be valued in this onsite position working with a diverse K-12 caseload, offering variety and professional growth. Both clinical fellows and SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply and share their strengths with students eager to achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
• Possession of (or eligibility for) South Carolina SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CF or CCC)
• School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
• Ability to independently manage and plan treatment for a varied K-12 caseload
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, interventions, and support to K-12 students with a range of speech and language needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in student progress meetings
• Work closely with school staff, teachers, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging school culture
