As a Brand PartnerSales Support Representative, you’ll be the first point ofcontact—providing support, solving problems, and helping others succeed. This is more than a customer service role—you’ll build relationships,recommend solutions, and play a key part in supporting our growing community. What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email Assist with questions related to products, orders,promotions, and rewards programs Recommend products and share current promotions using aconsultative approach Process orders, returns, and payments accurately Conduct daily outbound outreach to share updates, offers, and opportunities Resolve customer concerns quickly with a focus on first-call resolution Stay informed on company products, programs, and incentives Escalate complex issues when needed and keep leadership informed Collaborate with your team and participate in ongoing training Experience and Skills: What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A positive, customer-first attitude with strongproblem-solving skills Comfort with upselling and promoting products or programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Spanish/ English bilingual skills preferred but not required.
