The Protective Services Officer is responsible for but not limited to: Patrolling and monitoring hospital grounds, off-sites and parking lots. Emergency response to security incidents Conflict resolution Asset protection Collaboration with hospital staff Documentation and reporting Continuous training and education Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma, or equivalent CT State Security Officers ID Card required Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation – travel to our off-sites is required Previous experience in security, law enforcement or military service is strongly preferred Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, as needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals Demonstrates good judgment, flexibility in changing circumstances, compassion The Protective Services Unit is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for Middlesex Health.
