Engagement Success Manager

About the role Engagement Success Manager will play a critical role in a focused territory. You will work closely with the Territory Leader to retain and expand revenue, solve operational problems, and complete necessary sales tasks critical to driving strategic growth and ensuring successful client outcomes. You will deliver timely solutions to operational tasks and be able to handle complex engagement management conversations with legal talent. Responsibilities Manage effective engagement at accounts directed by the Territory Leader, including legal talent management and, where appropriate, client management. Create community among engaged legal talent, working closely with the Talent Success team. Provide insights from engagement management to the Territory Leader and wider sales team to drive revenue and increase NRR. Ensure successful completion of engagements in partnership with other teams. Work with Business Operations and Billing teams to resolve matters quickly and effectively, particularly related to revenue. Drive expansion at selected accounts in partnership with Client Account Executives. Support the Territory Leader on operational matters, including book of business management, variance reporting, start and end date management, and preparation for internal and external meetings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to complete audits or third‑party risk management questionnaires requested by clients. Maintain high attention to detail managing a variety of operational tasks. About you 1+ year of services‑driven experience, such as client development, account management, client success, sales, or recruitment in a professional services environment, preferably B2B. Proven ability to manage varied tasks to a high standard of execution with attention to detail. Comfortable managing data and building reports and PowerPoint documents. Clear evidence of experience working across teams, requiring strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Legally eligible to work in the UK.
