Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist (MLS/MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – North Carolina

Facility: Hospital based clinical laboratory within a regional healthcare system.

Shift: 3×12s 3 PM–3:30 AM Additional shift options may be available upon request.

Job Summary: This role performs laboratory analysis on patient specimens to support diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention. Responsibilities include conducting testing across various laboratory disciplines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting overall lab operations. The technologist or technician contributes to reliable clinical information used by providers throughout the health system. New grads are welcome.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field ASCP, AMT, or AAB registry eligible Prior experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced clinical environment
