The Business Associate will also schedule appointments, document patient treatment and payment transactions, follow office procedures for referrals and office appointments, make financial arrangements with patients before treatment, and handle collections. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact; outgoing friendly demeanor, greeting patients with a smile. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced team environment; strong organizational skills, quick learning, constructive feedback acceptance, self‑motivated and team‑driven. Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of dental front desk experience.
