Primary responsibility would include transporting clients to and from medical appointments in the community and communicating pertinent medical information as deemed necessary. Specific duties may vary by area of assignment. Reports to the Nurse Manager.Essential Job FunctionsUnder the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager, organizes and provides basic nursing care for clients.Performs and records various duties necessary to provide complete care within established standards, policies, and procedures.
