Customer Service Representative - $22-24/hr.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Parts Department. In this role, you'll help customers order replacement parts, provide pricing and lead times, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Job Duties:

• 
  Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
  
  



• 
  Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and lead times.
  
  



• 
  Generate and deliver quotes for replacement parts and aftermarket products.
  
  



• 
  Enter orders accurately into the company ERP/order management system.
  
  



• 
  Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, availability, and shipment information.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  
  



• 
  Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation.
  
  



• 
  Manage a high volume of customer communication, including approximately 20-30 incoming calls per day and a significant volume of email correspondence.
  
  



• 
  Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
  
  



• 
  Support continuous improvement efforts within the Parts Department.
  
  



• 
  Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  



• 
  Previous customer service experience required, parts/order processing experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  



• 
  Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
