A professional advisory firm is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support clients by delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions. Responsibilities
• Oversee commercial client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact
• Provide high-quality customer service and manage daily client communications
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Manage the renewal process, including reviewing policies and coordinating updates
• Ensure overall client satisfaction through proactive service and follow up
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to support ongoing insurance requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver consistent and accurate service

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Commercial Insurance experience

• Experience with software Applied Epic or AMS 360
• Strong account management skills for overseeing client policies and renewals
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Comprehensive commercial insurance experience with a solid understanding of major policy types
• Ability to provide thoughtful recommendations and promote coverage options aligned with client needs
• Proficiency with agency management software; able to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills
