Job Description Commercial Insurance Account Manager A professional advisory firm is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support clients by delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions. The organization focuses on loss control, risk management, and comprehensive coverage strategies designed to safeguard financial stability while helping clients make informed decisions. Responsibilities
• Oversee commercial client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact
• Provide high-quality customer service and manage daily client communications
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Manage the renewal process, including reviewing policies and coordinating updates
• Ensure overall client satisfaction through proactive service and follow up
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to support ongoing insurance requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver consistent and accurate service Qualifications • 6+ years of Commercial Insurance experience • Experience with software Applied Epic or AMS 360
• Strong account management skills for overseeing client policies and renewals
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Comprehensive commercial insurance experience with a solid understanding of major policy types
• Ability to provide thoughtful recommendations and promote coverage options aligned with client needs
• Proficiency with agency management software; able to work independently and collaboratively
