CNC Machinist/Operator

Seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-focused CNC Machinists/Operators for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift positions. The role involves operating CNC machining equipment in a high-volume precision manufacturing environment to produce custom-turned components for the automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including Swiss-type and Hydromat equipment, to manufacture precision components. Perform machining operations while adhering to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including routine shop floor housekeeping. Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing schedules and support continuous workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Swiss-type, Hydromat, or similar CNC machines is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; trigonometry knowledge is an advantage. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
