NVR's Thurmont Manufacturing Plant is looking to add a member to our delivery driver team. This person will be responsible for moving materials within our Thurmont Plant. Starting Pay is $27.35 per hour

This is a day shift position, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Mon-Fri

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for transporting materials throughout the facility by use of trailers and box-trucks
• Ensure safe conditions for co-workers and other ground personnel.
• Ensure safe transport of materials, including securing all loads properly before transport.
• Perform other work functions within in the plant.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDL Class A
• At least 2 years of over the road driving experience
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Must abide by all DOT regulations
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work in a strong-safety focused environment
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work as a team to achieve delivery and productivity goals
• Ability to work inside or outside
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, details available upon interview.
• Ability to perform other manufacturing job functions as required
