An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.What You Will DoWork in a cleanroom environmentHandle GaAs and GaN wafersAssist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processesPerform and document optical microscope inspectionsPerform scanning electron microscope imagingFailure analysis and Data analysisQualifications You Must Have: Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
