TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Chewelah, Washington, 99109!

Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (NRP preferred) Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Description: The position will float between units as needed. Weekends are required on a rotating basis. No on-call duty is required. The expected patient ratio is 1:5. Candidates must possess valid certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a Critical Access facility. The facility has total staff beds for emergency care. Daily patient census averages around 16 visits per day with a maximum of 11 beds available. Interdisciplinary support will be provided by various services including respiratory therapy and pharmacy. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may lead to termination of the assignment. Successful candidates will have experience across multiple patient age groups, including neonates and geriatrics. Additional skills in areas such as trauma care, intubation, and managing psychiatric holds are preferred. Providers will be supplied with necessary communication devices needed for the role. All submissions must include two references covering recent work experience. Specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront with no post-submission changes accepted. Must commit to working three of the five major holidays during the contract. Expectations include managing various emergency situations and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
