Compensation & Incentives $60,000 - $180,000 annually, based on flat rate performance Flat rate performance incentives based on production Year-end bonus tied to certification levels Paid Ford factory training Benefits 1.0 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40 hours worked 7 paid holidays Company-supplied uniforms Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Retirement plan options Employee discounts More benefit information available at: Shop & Work Environment Highly productive, well-lit shop Modern equipment and advanced diagnostic technology Large parts department and strong support staff Team-focused environment that values professionalism and quality workmanship Responsibilities Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Complete quality inspections Qualifications 2+ years of Service Technician experience required Ford certification preferred ASE certifications a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Personal tools required Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Equal Employment Opportunity Titus-Will Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
