Aseptic Manufacturing Associate, Liso-cel CAR-T, Aseptic Manufacturing Operations

Aseptic Manufacturing Associate, Liso-cel CAR‑T Manufacture human blood derived components per batch record and standard operating procedures in a cGMP cleanroom environment under the supervision of manufacturing management. Perform all tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality systems. Responsibilities Set-up and operate equipment to produce blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation. Support deviation investigations and CAPA closure within the designated shift. Use aseptic techniques for welding, connections, and transfers; maintain aseptic qualification. Weigh and measure in‑process materials to ensure correct quantities. Adhere to the production schedule and ensure on‑time internal logistics. Record production data in a clear, concise format according to GDPs. Perform tasks consistent with site safety, quality systems, and GMP requirements. Work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team to complete shift tasks. Develop subject‑matter expertise and serve as a qualified trainer within the manufacturing function. Maintain timely completion of training assignments to retain necessary technical skills. Perform additional tasks as assigned, including continuous improvement projects and inspection readiness initiatives. Knowledge & Skills Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing. Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry practices. Basic mathematical skills. Proficiency in technical writing. Proficient with MS Office applications. Background in biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. 0–1 year of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing manufacturing, or relevant experience. Working Conditions Intermittent walking, standing, and sitting; extended standing may be required. Comfortable working with contained human blood components. Physical dexterity for computer use and documentation. Good vision and hearing capability for the work environment. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Work in laboratories and controlled, enclosed, restricted areas; cleanroom garments and PPE required. Cleanroom environment enforces strict restrictions on food, outside materials, and personal items that could introduce microbes. Exposure to reagents, chemicals, sanitization agents, and routine human blood components. Compensation & Benefits Location: Summit West, NJ Hourly rate: $27.83 – $33.72 (full‑time FTE) Additional incentives may be available based on eligibility.
