Financial Coach | RU Financial Athletic Department The RU Financial Athletic Department, powered by MassMutual NJNYC, is looking for former college or professional athletes to join our team and build a career in financial services. Our Mission To help current and former athletes whether they are building a family, advancing in a professional career, or owning a business create customized financial game plans for their future. We believe the qualities developed through athletics including discipline, resilience, coachability, competitiveness, leadership, and accountability translate directly into success in this profession. The Opportunity As a Financial Coach , you will: Build your own client base and financial services practice. Help clients create customized financial game plans. Provide guidance in retirement planning, investments, wealth management, and risk management. Build relationships through athletic, alumni, professional, and community networks. Receive ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development. Have the opportunity to pursue a future leadership and management path. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and financial services or sales experience is a plus. Compensation Earn first year commissions and attractive bonuses, with the opportunity to build consistent residual income as your career and practice progress.
