Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts, enhance the company's messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This position is ideal for someone who excels at writing, planning, and coordinating communication initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of communication strategies and messaging.
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications.
Coordinate company announcements, updates, and formal documents.
Assist in planning events, presentations, and communication campaigns.
Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to streamline communication processes.
Prepare reports, summaries, and structured documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Competence in preparing professional documents and structured communication materials.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic knowledge of communication principles and corporate messaging.
