Pay Estimated at $20 to $22 per hour (base pay of $18/hour plus tips). We offer WEEKLY Pay for all hourly team members. Position Overview As a Fry Cook / Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
