Registered Nurse (RN) ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) $20,000 Sign-on Bonus with a two-year commitment to the role. Open to external applicants who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months. Status/FTE: Full Time / 0.8‑1.0 Shift length: 12 hours Schedule Requirements: Three 12‑hour shifts each week and every third weekend. Start time 19:00. Unit: ICU. Responsibilities The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care from admission to discharge or transfer in the ICU. The RN provides expert care and education, acts as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents related to critical care. Additional essential duties include utilizing specialized plan-of-care interventions, serving as a patient‑care innovator, and leveraging technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
