Location: Remote (U.S.) - around 35% national travel required Pay Rate: $100,000 – $160,000 base salary; 40% commission on new business and 25% on renewals; Year 1 OTE up to $200K with top performers reaching $300K–$500K About the Role We are a fast-growing national benefits firm that combines the agility of a boutique agency with the reach of a national platform.
