Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years’ experience required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Current NM licensure required
• Pending NM state licensure approved, must be included with submission

Assignment Details

• Mon-Thurs, 8a-6pm
• Fri, 8a-12p
• Work at hospital one Saturday per month

Location Highlights

Carlsbad offers access to major outdoor destinations and a quieter desert setting in southeastern New Mexico. Carlsbad Caverns National Park is about 20 miles from the city and features more than 100 known caves and established hiking trails. The Pecos River runs through Carlsbad and the Carlsbad Water Park and Riverwalk Recreation Center provide local options for recreation near downtown. Living in Carlsbad also places clinicians within driving distance of Sitting Bull Falls Recreation Area and Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, both known regional attractions with desert landscape views and walking paths.
