Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Expert Heating and Cooling specializes in Commercial and Residential HVAC Services and is located in Taylor, Michigan. We are adding a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to our team! The Service Technician we are seeking will have a work history of at least 3‑5 years in professional commercial HVAC service work. Key Responsibilities and Duties Perform service and troubleshoot on commercial equipment including Packaged Rooftop Units, VRF Systems, Cooling towers, Boilers and CRAC, Make Up Air units Help maintain and promote positive company morale, professionalism, and a friendly work environment Effectively manage job duties and perform tasks Qualifications EPA Universal certified Customer service experience with strong people skills Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs Able to work in a team atmosphere Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including boilers Previous installation and control experience Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations Requirements 3‑5 years of Commercial HVAC experience Flexibility with schedule during high volume times, ability to work M‑F 7:30 am‑4:00 pm with occasional weekends and on‑call duties Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings preferred Acceptable DMV report Ability to complete pre‑employment drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr Expert-Heating-and-Coolin
