This includes both ground-up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $1-20M in value size. Position: Director of Preconstruction (oversee estimating, business development, and marketing).
MUST HAVE:
Experience in a high level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC Experience with commercial constructionNICE TO HAVE:
